CAMPINGRULES EC rounds 7 & 8, JUNE 5th & 6th 2010 VALKENSWAARD
To all users of the camping facilities,
The organization of EC rounds 7 & 8 2010 kindly welcomes you in Valkenswaard.
To make sure that this weekend will be as pleasent as possible for everybody, we’ve put on paper a number of rules and regulations. Not following these rules and abnormal behaviour in general will be handled with appropriate measures. One will be no longer allowed on the site, by authority of the organization and this automatically means disqualification of any further racing and removing of the campsite, without any refund.
We assume that everybody will follow the rules stated here below:
- Please put your waste in the bags and wheely bins that are specifically placed for this purpose.
- Make sure the campsite as well as the track site and the parking lot stay clean and neat.
- Please parc your vehicle (car, camper…) according to the signs and the instructions of the volunteers.
- On the campsite the maximum speed is max 5 km/hour for motor vehicles.
- We assume that everybody will behave and that there will be no deliberate destructions of property. If so, we will always contact the police who will take further action. The National Federation or department where the rider (or those who accompany him/her) resorts to will also be notified.
- Between 20:30 pm and 7:00 am no aggregates are allowed to be used.
- After 21:00 hours it is quiet on the campsite so that the riders can rest and be prepared for the race.
- Open fire (barbeque) is not allowed, unless there are fire extinguishers placed within 5 meters.
- On the campsite there are showers and toilets. There is also a location to empty the chemical toilet.
- At night the campsite is monitored by guards.

The campsite is right next to the track. Electricity, showers and cold water are available
The cost is €50,00 per weekend, regardless if you stay one or two nights.
The campsite opens on Friday June the 4th at 10 am and closes on Sunday June the 6th in the evening two hours after the race.
